If you select the Shipping option (by filling-in your address), a flat-rate of $9.95 per device is applied for handling and shipping it to your door.
A tracking number will be sent to your email.
The self-collect option is free and offers a convenient way to pick up your order in person at one of our secure locker locations. This option is perfect for those who prefer to avoid shipping times or want to ensure a contactless pickup experience.
Once your order is processed, you will receive detailed instructions including the locker location address (near one of the outlets as shown on the Locations page as well as a PIN code to open the locker.
Self-collection lets you avoid shipping fees and delays, giving you control and flexibility over when and where you collect your Apple device. For more information, please visit the Maps page to find your nearest collection point and the specific instructions for self-collect orders.

Orders placed before 12pm PST will typically (~90% of the time) ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship out the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Large or special orders may require an additional 1-3 days for processing.
Transit times below do not include processing time. Packages typically reach the courier within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates are counted as business days (Monday–Friday), not calendar days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your package is scanned by the courier, which may take an additional business day.

Orders over $200 or shipped by DHL, UPS, or FedEx require a delivery signature. Orders $200 or less may request a signature at checkout. USPS international shipments do not require signatures.
Courier contact info will be provided so you can arrange delivery or pickup. Missed delivery attempts include multiple retries and a delivery slip.
Reply to the confirmation email that you'd have received, within 2 hours. After that, we can't guarantee it.
Packages are late over 25% of the time due to carrier delays. We do not refund shipping costs for late deliveries.
If delivery is claimed but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building staff. Contact the courier’s local office/postmaster who can verify delivery GPS data. If confirmed delivered but missing, wait one week before contacting us.
Orders are photographed and documented before shipment to prevent fraud. Notify us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.
All refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled at our sole discretion.
